Access business account ledger

This is a general to use business ledger accounts template that an employee write out. They record all expenditures they have compensated out of there pocket for business work reason. Assume that you go on a business tour and you pay for your airline ticket, rental car, meal, hotel, etc. out of my own pocket money. You would then write out an expense report including all your expenses and they would pay back you for these expenses.
